My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, featuring the largest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Even my son, who never sleeps in, had a relaxing time. I was pleasantly surprised to find a TV on both floors of our room. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown with some missing items from the breakfast options. The service was a mix of rushed moments and warm, friendly interactions, which added to the overall charm of the stay.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms felt more like a local leisure center, with two single beds pushed together to create a double bed. They were impeccably clean and provided a great level of comfort.
Service
8.0
The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and always friendly. They even went out of their way to accommodate requests like printing vouchers and providing fresh milk for a cup of tea in the room.
Location
10.0
The location was simply stunning, set in a rural area close to a river with breathtaking grounds and a sense of exotic holiday vibes. The area also offered fascinating spots like a tunnel leading to a folly temple and an old walled garden.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its highs and lows. While there was a wide variety of cereals, fruits, and a hot fried breakfast, some items were missing from the menu. The service at the dining area was excellent, with limitless tea, coffee, and toast provided.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities were well-prepared and clean. The stunning grounds added to the overall appeal of the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would definitely go back for a longer visit next time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit dusty and located next to the tennis courts. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to ensure a great experience, despite some complaints about wait times and lack of atmosphere in the restaurant. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Longleat and Stonehenge. The dining experience was superb, especially in the conservatory with plenty of food and drink choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room and dining issues but exceptional service and a tranquil location.

The hotel provided lovely rooms with some nice complimentary items, although it could have done with a few more shelves for clothing. The rooms were very well decorated and comfortable, featuring a rolltop bath and large walk-in shower. The service was charming and helpful, although overshadowed by poor communication from the spa management. The location offered a mix of average elements and hidden gems, including a tunnel leading to a historical area by the river. Dining in the conservatory was superb with ample food and drink choices, though some experiences felt rushed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minor areas to improve.
